Writing Excuses Conference 2019

The buses will take you from the hotel to the pier. We will let you know your bus time. It will be between 10:30 and 12:30.  Remember to put your printed luggage tags on your suitcases before boarding the bus at the hotel.  They are paper tags that can be stapled around the handle of your suitcase.  We will have a stapler at the hotel for you to use. Once the bus arrives at the port you will be instructed to claim your luggage from the bus and make sure it is given to a porter to be boarded on the ship.  It is your responsibility to make sure your luggage has been given to a porter. We suggest a small gratuity to the porter.  They will then take your luggage and deliver it to your cabin. You may carry on any small luggage that can pass through the security machines, the same size as airport security.  Please carry on any medications, valuables, credit card, passport and boarding documents.  You will need these to board and we do not want you to forget them in your checked luggage.
